At one-point Dale was so broke that he found himself working as a day laborer on Christmas Day unable to spend time with his family. Things have changed since then. From a day laborer doing construction cleanup on commercial buildings, to building commercial buildings – as well as the lives around him,
Dale has risen through the ranks. A commercial superintendent, a commercial project manager, a college graduate, a small business owner, and now a CEO.
